Qubino Flush 2 relay will not work

Hi

I added a Qubino Flush 2 relay into my Vera Edge. Everything worked fine. When I added it I could find the device in the list, so I added it as a "Generic Device".

Suddenly I get this message. See attachement.

I have tried to delete it and unpair it. But its still there. Saying "Can´t Detect Device". I think the unpairing/delete procedure is a bit unclear. Maybe I have done it wrong. Or maybe the device is broken.

Any suggestions?

What's the distance to the controller or other powered node? Indoors the range usually is 5-10m

elf98, den är ca 5-6 meter från den trådlösa routern.

Men det sitter 3 andra z-wave-enheter inom 2 meter (routar dom vidare z-wave-trafik egentligen?).

Jag har enheter betydligt längre bort som fungerar bra. (Trähus, ingen betong).
